CarrolArt represents the original artwork of Nora Carrol, a visual artist, business owner and university faculty member. Works on fabric and
paper are derivative, emanating from existing forms, whether organic, architectural or geologic. They are inspired by observation, imagination
or events. Both paintings and drawings incorporate wet and dry media and use contrast and texture to define shape, space, depth and perspective.
Carrol is represented by the Agora Gallery in New York www.agora-gallery.com and the Caladan Gallery north of Boston www.caladangallery.com/gallery/carrol. She has exhibited nationally and lives and works in Phoenix, AZ. She studied at the Art Students League in New York and received both her M.S. in Adult Education/Innovation Management and a BFA in Painting at Syracuse University. Carrol is a member of the Sonoran Arts League and Sedona Arts Center, sits on the business advisory council of Colorado Technical University, and is listed in 'Who’s Who in America 2002-2004' as well as 'Who’s Who in American Women 2003-2004'.
